T-Works, Invites Applications For 2022 Fellowship

T-Works, India’s largest prototyping center by Govt. of Telangana with a mission to develop makers and innovators by providing access to industry-grade tools and world-class equipment in electronics development and testing, 3D printing, FCB fabrications, CNC operations, metrology machining, etc… is inviting applications for a 12-month fellowship program. 

Creative and passionate individuals can apply for this 12-month full-time paid program based out of Hyderabad, where they will have opportunities to engage with stakeholders from different Govt. organizations, corporate & educational institutions, startups, makers, innovators, etc… 

Fellows will be categorized based on their skills, capabilities, and work experiences and will have a clear understanding of T-Works’ existing programs conceptualizing new programs to accomplish the vision during their first few weeks. After the induction, they can execute the proposed plans independently, as a team, or by taking complete ownership of the program. 


Last date for submitting the applications: 15th February 2022
Tentative date of start of the program for the selected: April 2022
Duration: 12-months full-time 
Location: Hyderabad 

Qualification / Eligibility & Experience for the Fellowship 

• Formal education in Engineering / Management / Design / Arts / Operations or any other fields 
• Prereffed to have a Graduation / Diploma / Certification in the respective field of education 
• Possesses skills in creative thinking, ats, making, and innovations

Roles and responsibilities for the program will be based on the candidate’s skills and work experience, for example, engineers and designers assisting in prototyping and product development while management professionals help in project management, coordination, and communication. 

Remuneration For The Program

• Fellow ( work experience below 10 years): Rs.40,000 per month
• Senior Fellow (work experience above 10 years): Rs.55000 per month
• Remuneration is inclusive of all taxes

The screened candidates from the applications received will have a technical round interview followed by an interview with management and HR and finally with the CEO.
